Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Deposit/Payment: A $200 deposit per person is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and will be applied to the credit card at that time unless another form of payment is received. Reservations booked within 30 days of arrival will require full payment at the time of booking. Final payment for reservations arriving between 12/17/01 & 1/4/02 is due on 10/01/01, at which time the reservation is non-refundable and non-changeable. Changes: Any changes made to a reservation may affect total package price. All changes are subject to availability and will be assessed a $35 change fee. Changing lodging properties is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply. No changes may be made within 30 days of arrival. Cancellations and Refunds: If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, all monies received will be forfeited. Cancellations outside 30 days of arrival are subject to a $100 processing fee per reservation.
